Standard Course Outline

Join us for a hands-on workshop for 3 Days (3 hrs each), where you can design and personalize your own violin! 

• Learning the various parts of the violin & assembly of the violin (top-plate and finger board)

• Staining & Varnishing of the violin & decorative art (time dependent)

• Basic setup of the violin and stringing up the instrument

  1. Sawing of sound post

  2. Fitting the sound post

  3. Preparing the peg box

  4. Setting up the Chinrest, tail-piece, bridge, pegs and strings

Our workshops are conducted by a certified luthier and an experienced teacher. All tools and materials will be provided. It is advised that for every child (10 years old and below) be accompanied by an adult. There are no requirements for this workshop.

Kids Course Outline

Join us for a simplified workshop for 2 Days (2 hrs each), where your child can design and personalize his/ her own violin! 

The itinerary of this workshop will be similar to the standard workshop. We have carefully eliminated sharp tools that may be hazardous to kids. Hence some of the parts will come pre-fitted already. But the experience will not be any less than the standard course.

• Learning the various parts of the violin & assembly of the violin. (Only top-plate)

• Staining & Varnishing of the violin & decorate violin with acrylic paint

• Putting the various parts of the violin together

We have done this so that children can also do this workshop by themselves, under our close supervision. Also this course will not need an accompanying adult, just drop off your kids and come back and pick them up. (Only for kids 8 years old to 17 years old)
