1. Registration:

• Participants must complete the registration process to secure a spot in the workshop. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Age Requirement:

• The kids workshop is open to children between the ages of 8 to 17 years only. Student pass must be presented at the first session before start of workshop.

• The standard workshop is open to all 18 years old and above. A child may join this class but must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Attendance:

• As this is a group class, we are unable to do partial refund or full refund if you are absent from any of the scheduled sessions.

4. Health and Safety:

• Participants must be in good health to attend the workshop. Participants/parents/guardians are responsible for informing the workshop organizers of any specific health concerns or allergies their child may have.

5. Supervision:

• All workshops will be supervised by qualified instructors and staff members. However, participants & parents/guardians of their child/children are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being before and after the workshop.

6. Behaviour:

• Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the workshop. Disruptive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated, and the workshop organisers reserve the right to remove any participant who does not comply with the rules.

7. Liability:

• The workshop organisers will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants and their belongings. However, they will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the workshop.

8. Photography and Video:

• The workshop organisers may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. By participating in the workshop, participants & parents/guardians of their child/children give their consent for their image to be used for such purposes.

9. Cancellation and Refunds:

• In the event that the workshop needs to be canceled or rescheduled, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds will be provided if the workshop is canceled by the organisers.

10. Personal Belongings:

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The workshop organisers will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• The workshop organisers reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as necessary. Any updates will be communicated to participants.
